Clinical Director

Melissa serves as Clinical Director of Harmony Ridge Recovery Center. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of West Virginia with vast experience in managing clinical teams in substance abuse and behavioral health treatment settings. In her role as Clinical Director at Harmony Ridge, Melissa uses the full extent of her education and experience and couples it with her superb organizational and leadership skills to ensure that all clients receive top-quality clinical services every single day. Her approach to therapy and counseling is a collaborative and relational endeavor where her expertise is used in determining the patients’ strengths, weaknesses and goals to create clinically-driven treatment plans and produce positive outcomes in treatment.
